As 2021 comes to an end, I want to thank you for supporting the BMI community as we work together to achieve an equitable workforce through mentorship, empowerment, and skills building. We’ve made a lot of progress together this year. With your help, we created avenues to foster growth for the underserved in our communities by building a structure that supports Canada’s Black professionals. We saw more Black professionals step up to share their individual stories of resilience and hope. United we can propel more success stories.
